The James Madison Warhawks felled the host Covenant Day Lions basketball squad by a count of 54-37 in Saturday's non-league match.

With the victory, James Madison advances its record to 7-3 on the year. The Warhawks travel to New Rochelle (New Rochelle, NY) to face the Huguenots in a non-league match on Monday, December 30. The Huguenots enter the match with a record of 1-2. New Rochelle lost 66-47 in their recent non-league match against Oceanside Collegiate Academy (Mt. Pleasant, SC)

The Lions now own a 9-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Oceanside Collegiate Academy for a non-league match on Monday, December 30. Covenant Day will face a Landsharks squad coming off a 66-47 non-league win over New Rochelle (New Rochelle, NY). The Landsharks record now stands at 11-1.
