Wisconsin High School Basketball - Darlington overwhelms Westby
December 28, 2024: Westby, WI 54667 The Darlington Redbirds basketball team scored 81 points and limited the host Westby Norsemen to 56 in the Redbirds non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Redbirds now possess a 4-2 record. They play next when they host Southwestern for a Southwest Wisconsin Activities game on Friday, January 3. Darlington will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 74-52 non-league win over Scales Mound (Scales Mound, IL). The Wildcats record now stands at 8-1.
With the loss, Westby falls to 2-5 on the campaign. The Norsemen host North Crawford (Soldiers Grove, WI) to confront the Trojans in a non-league game on Thursday, January 2.
