The Franklin Road Academy Panthers basketball team scored 54 points and limited the visiting Destin Sharks to 40 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Panthers now possess a 5-8 record. They play next when they travel to Bartram Trail for a non-league game on Monday, December 30. Franklin Road Academy will confront a Bears team coming off a 60-22 non-league win over Brewbaker Tech (Montgomery, AL). The Bears record now stands at 9-3.

With the loss, Destin falls to 6-7 on the campaign. The Sharks travel to Whitefield Academy (Mableton, GA) to confront the WolfPack in a non-league game on Monday, December 30.
