The Fayette County Tigers (Fayetteville, GA) basketball crushed the host Druid Hills Red Devils (Atlanta, GA), 83-31 in Saturday's non-league bout.

The Tigers now possess a 6-5 record. They play next when they travel to Trinity Christian for a AAA Region 2 bout on Saturday, January 4. Fayette County will play a Lions team coming off a 84-42 non-league loss to Oxford (Oxford, AL). The Lions record now stands at 1-10.

With the loss, Druid Hills falls to 2-10 on the campaign. The Red devils host Tucker (Tucker, GA) to play the Tigers in a AAAA Region 5 bout on Tuesday, January 7. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 10-4. Tucker won 86-82 in their recent league bout against Marist (Atlanta, GA)
