The Somerset Berkley Regional Raiders basketball squad (Somerset, MA), was nudged 60-56 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host Durfee Hilltoppers (Fall River, MA)

With the victory, Durfee advances its record to 3-1 on the year. The Hilltoppers host Brockton (Brockton, MA) to meet the Boxers in a Freelance battle on Tuesday, January 7. The Boxers enter the battle with a record of 1-3.

The Raiders now own a 3-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Bourne for a South Coast battle on Friday, January 3. Somerset Berkley Regional will meet a Canalmen squad coming off a 56-40 non-league win over Nantucket (Nantucket, MA). The Canalmen record now stands at 3-0.
