The Gilman Greyhounds basketball squad (Baltimore, MD), lost 71-57 in Saturday's non-league battle with the visiting Elizabeth Minutemen (Elizabeth, NJ)

With the victory, Elizabeth advances its record to 4-0 on the year. The Minutemen travel to St. John's Catholic Prep (Buckeystown, MD) to meet the Vikings in a non-league battle on Monday, December 30. The Vikings enter the battle with a record of 3-5. St. John's Catholic Prep won 82-79 in their recent non-league battle against Holy Ghost Prep (Bensalem, PA)

The Greyhounds now own a 1-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host John Carroll for a MIAA A - Black battle on Wednesday, January 8. Gilman will meet a Patriots squad coming off a 64-60 non-league loss to Our Lady of Good Counsel (Olney, MD). The Patriots record now stands at 5-5.
