Lawrence Academy Warriors (Merry Hill, NC) supporters left the game satisfied Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad nudge the host Faith Christian Patriots (Rocky Mount, NC), 80-73 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Lawrence Academy advances its record to 4-6 on the year. The Warriors travel to Northside - Pinetown (Pinetown, NC) to face the Panthers in a non-league match on Monday, December 30. The Panthers enter the match with a record of 6-2. Northside - Pinetown lost 78-50 in their recent non-league match against Norfolk Collegiate (Norfolk, VA)

The Patriots now own a 5-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Liberty Christian Academy for a non-league match on Tuesday, January 7.
