Indiana High School Basketball - Irvington Preparatory Academy nips Heritage

December 28, 2024: Indianapolis, IN 46219

In Saturday's non-league contest, the host Irvington Preparatory Academy basketball team scored a close 67-62 triumph over the Heritage Hawks.

The (5-8) will now prepare for their contest against Riverside (Indianapolis, IN). The Argonauts go into the Greater Indianapolis contest with a 8-2 record. In their last contest, Riverside nipped Brown County (Nashville, IN), 51-46, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Hawks battle the Villa Grove Blue Devils (Villa Grove, IL) in a Lincoln Prairie contest, on Tuesday, January 7. Heritage will attempt to better on its 5-10 season record. The Blue Devils go into the contest with a 2-6 record after their 66-49 non-league loss to Grace Christian Academy (Kankakee, IL).
