The Highland Hawks (Warrenton, VA) basketball crushed the host Westchester Comets (Los Angeles, CA), 62-40 in Saturday's non-league bout.

The Hawks now possess a 17-3 record. They play next when they travel to John Marshall for a non-league bout on Monday, December 30. Highland will play a Justices team coming off a 82-68 non-league win over Southern School of Energy and Sustainability (Durham, NC). The Justices record now stands at 9-0.

With the loss, Westchester falls to 6-8 on the campaign. The Comets travel to Southern School of Energy and Sustainability (Durham, NC) to play the Spartans in a non-league bout on Monday, December 30. The Spartans go into the bout with a record of 8-1. Southern School of Energy and Sustainability lost 82-68 in their recent non-league bout against John Marshall (Richmond, VA)
