December 28, 2024: Glasford, IL 61533 The Illini Bluffs Tigers (Glasford, IL) basketball edged the visiting Prairie Central Hawks (Fairbury, IL), 40-37 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Tigers now possess a 11-2 record. They play next when they travel to Calvary for a non-league bout on Monday, December 30. Illini Bluffs will play a Saints team coming off a 73-64 non-league win over Illinois Valley Central (Chillicothe, IL). The Saints record now stands at 8-4.
With the loss, Prairie Central falls to 4-9 on the campaign. The Hawks host St. Thomas More (Champaign, IL) to play the Sabers in a Illini Prairie bout on Friday, January 3.
