New York High School Basketball - Xaverian toppled by Jupiter
December 28, 2024: Brooklyn, NY 11209 Jupiter Warriors (Jupiter, FL) supporters left the game satisfied Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the host Xaverian Clippers (Brooklyn, NY), 59-48 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Jupiter advances its record to 10-1 on the year. The Warriors travel to Palm Beach Gardens (Palm Beach Gardens, FL) to face the Gators in a non-league match on Monday, December 30. The Gators enter the match with a record of 9-3. Palm Beach Gardens won 59-57 in their recent non-league match against Calusa Prep (Miami, FL)
The Clippers now own a 3-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Holy Cross for a Catholic AA - Brooklyn/Queens match on Thursday, January 2. Xaverian will face a Knights squad coming off a 58-52 non-league win over Marcellus (Marcellus, NY). The Knights record now stands at 5-4.
