December 28, 2024: Maple Shade, NJ 08052 Maple Shade Wildcats (Maple Shade, NJ) boosters left the game satisfied Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad nudge the visiting LEAP Academy Lancers (Camden, NJ), 42-41 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Maple Shade upgrades its record to 1-3 on the year. The Wildcats travel to Delran (Delran, NJ) to face the Bears in a non-league match on Thursday, January 2. The Bears enter the match with a record of 2-2. Delran won 69-62 in their recent non-league match against West Windsor-Plainsboro South (Princeton Junction, NJ)
The Lancers now sport a 0-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Riverside for a non-league match on Friday, January 3. LEAP Academy will face a Rams squad coming off a 75-35 non-league loss to Doane Academy (Burlington, NJ). The Rams record now stands at 1-4.
