December 28, 2024: Stanford, IL 61774 In Saturday's non-league test, the Lutheran Crusaders (Rockford, IL) basketball squad trounced the host Olympia Spartans (Stanford, IL), by a score of 101-70.
Next, the Crusaders clash with the Genoa-Kingston Cogs (Genoa, IL) in a Big Northern test, on Friday, January 10. Lutheran will attempt to improve on its 6-9 season record.
The Spartans (4-5) will now prepare for their test against Monmouth-Roseville (Monmouth, IL). The Titans come into the non-league test with a 9-7 record. In their last test, Monmouth-Roseville was routed by Illini West (Carthage, IL), 48-43, in a non-league test.
