Texas High School Basketball - Mansfield Timberview holds off Marcus
December 28, 2024: Arlington, TX 76002 The Mansfield Timberview Wolves basketball team scored 57 points and limited the visiting Marcus Marauders to 52 in the Wolves non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Wolves now have a 17-4 record. They play next when they travel to Everman for a 5A Region I District 8 game on Friday, January 3. Mansfield Timberview will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 62-53 non-league loss to Monterey (Lubbock, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 4-13.
With the loss, Marcus falls to 15-6 on the campaign. The Marauders travel to North Crowley (Fort Worth, TX) to confront the Panthers in a non-league game on Saturday, December 28. The Panthers go into the game with a record of 18-2. North Crowley won 59-35 in their recent non-league game against Seguin (Arlington, TX)
