Minnesota High School Basketball - Osakis knocks off Maranatha Christian Academy
December 28, 2024: Brooklyn Park, MN 55428 In Saturday's non-league contest, the visiting Osakis Silverstreaks basketball team scored a good 66-51 win over the Maranatha Christian Academy Mustangs.
The Silverstreaks (4-1) will now prepare for their contest against Mora (Mora, MN). The Mustangs come into the AA Section 6 contest with a 6-1 record. In their last contest, Mora dropped by Warroad (Warroad, MN), 59-56, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Mustangs battle the St. Croix Lutheran Crusaders (West St. Paul, MN) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, January 2. Maranatha Christian Academy will attempt to better on its 2-5 season record. The Crusaders come into the contest with a 5-3 record after their 74-67 non-league loss to Blake (Minneapolis, MN).
