The Rome Free Academy Black Knights (Rome, NY) basketball were winner over the visiting Niagara Falls Wolverines (Niagara Falls, NY), 71-51 in Saturday's non-league bout.

The Black Knights now possess a 6-0 record. They play next when they host Syracuse Academy of Science for a non-league bout on Friday, January 3. Rome Free Academy will play a Atoms team coming off a 78-56 non-league win over Cazenovia (Cazenovia, NY). The Atoms record now stands at 3-4.

With the loss, Niagara Falls falls to 3-4 on the campaign. The Wolverines travel to Canisius (Buffalo, NY) to play the Crusaders in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 4.
