Indiana High School Basketball - North Daviess holds off West Washington
December 28, 2024: Elnora, IN 47529 The North Daviess Cougars basketball team scored 59 points and limited the visiting West Washington Senators to 58 in the Cougars non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Cougars now have a 6-4 record. They play next when they travel to Jac-Cen-Del for a non-league game on Saturday, December 28. North Daviess will confront a Eagles team coming off a 72-57 league loss to Southwestern (Hanover, IN). The Eagles record now stands at 3-3.
With the loss, West Washington falls to 4-4 on the campaign. The Senators travel to Loogootee (Loogootee, IN) to confront the Lions in a non-league game on Saturday, December 28. The Lions go into the game with a record of 4-5. Loogootee won 44-37 in their recent non-league game against Springs Valley (French Lick, IN)
