Georgia High School Basketball - Northeast toppled by Valiant Cross Academy

Valiant Cross Academy Warriors (Montgomery, AL) fans went home pleased Saturday as they observed their basketball team knock off the host Northeast Raiders (Macon, GA), 61-49 in a non-league challenge.

The Warriors (15-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Riverdale (Riverdale, GA). The Raiders come into the non-league challenge with a 6-6 record. In their last challenge, Riverdale prevailed over Springwood (Lanett, AL), 60-42, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Raiders encounter the Northgate Vikings (Newnan, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, December 30. Northeast will attempt to improve on its 1-6 season record. The Vikings come into the challenge with a 4-6 record after their 70-62 non-league loss to Hebron Christian (Dacula, GA).
