Georgia High School Basketball - Valley can't hold off Notre Dame Academy

Notre Dame Academy Irish Wolfhounds (Duluth, GA) boosters left the game satisfied Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad nudge the visiting Valley Rams (Valley, AL), 51-48 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Notre Dame Academy upgrades its record to 10-7 on the year. The Irish Wolfhounds travel to KIPP Atlanta Collegiate (Atlanta, GA) to face the Warriors in a non-league match on Monday, December 30. The Warriors enter the match with a record of 9-4. KIPP Atlanta Collegiate lost 67-60 in their recent non-league match against Douglass (Atlanta, GA)

The Rams now sport a 2-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Troup County for a non-league match on Friday, January 3. Valley will face a Tigers squad coming off a 70-55 non-league win over Callaway (Hogansville, GA). The Tigers record now stands at 8-2.
