New York High School Basketball - Wilton nudges West Hempstead

The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Wilton Warriors (Wilton, CT) and the host West Hempstead Rams (West Hempstead, NY), observed Wilton's basketball team edge West Hempstead by a score of 60-58.

The Warriors (2-1) will now prepare for their challenge against St. John the Baptist (West Islip, NY). The Cougars come into the non-league challenge with a 0-1 record.

In their next game, the Rams encounter the Lawrence Golden Tornadoes (Cedarhurst, NY) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, February 6. West Hempstead will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record.
