Oregon High School Basketball - Cypress overwhelmed by Mountainside

In Saturday's non-league test, the Mountainside Mavericks (Beaverton, OR) basketball squad trounced the visiting Cypress Centurions (Cypress, CA), by a final score of 80-40.

Next, the Mavericks clash with the Godinez Fundamental Grizzlies (Santa Ana, CA) in a non-league test, on Monday, December 30. Mountainside will attempt to upgrade on its 6-3 season record. The Grizzlies come into the test with a 12-5 record after their 62-34 non-league win over United Christian Academy (Rancho Cucamonga, CA).

The Centurions (8-7) will now prepare for their test against La Habra (La Habra, CA). The Highlanders come into the Freeway test with a 5-11 record. In their last test, La Habra bounced Alhambra (Alhambra, CA), 48-41, in a non-league test.
