December 28, 2024: Kennewick, WA 99336 The Mt. Spokane Wildcats basketball squad (Mead, WA), was crushed 61-31 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host Kennewick Lions (Kennewick, WA)
With the victory, Kennewick advances its record to 6-1 on the year. The Lions host Hanford (Richland, WA) to meet the Falcons in a 3A/4A Mid-Columbia battle on Friday, January 3. The Falcons enter the battle with a record of 0-5.
The Wildcats now own a 3-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Pullman for a non-league battle on Monday, December 30. Mt. Spokane will meet a Greyhounds squad coming off a 65-54 non-league win over Tri-Cities Prep (Pasco, WA). The Greyhounds record now stands at 4-3.
