In Saturday's non-league contest, the host Monsignor McClancy Crusaders basketball team scored a close 52-47 win over the Lake Highland Prep Highlanders.

The Crusaders (5-1) will now prepare for their contest against St. Joseph-by-the-Sea (Staten Island, NY). The Vikings come into the Catholic - Brooklyn/Queens I contest with a 2-3 record.
