Louisiana High School Basketball - Mansfield holds off West Monroe
December 28, 2024: Mansfield, LA 71052 The Mansfield Wolverines basketball team scored 36 points and limited the visiting West Monroe Rebels to 29 in the Wolverines non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Wolverines now possess a 9-8 record. They play next when they host Northwood for a non-league game on Friday, January 3. Mansfield will confront a Falcons team coming off a 70-68 non-league win over Leesville (Leesville, LA). The Falcons record now stands at 7-8.
With the loss, West Monroe falls to 6-7 on the campaign. The Rebels travel to Bastrop (Bastrop, LA) to confront the Rams in a non-league game on Friday, January 3. The Rams go into the game with a record of 9-4. Bastrop lost 62-37 in their recent non-league game against Merryville (Merryville, LA)
