Minnesota High School Basketball - Maranatha Christian Academy bested by North Community
December 28, 2024: Minneapolis, MN 55411 North Community Polars (Minneapolis, MN) supporters left the game happy Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad run past the visiting Maranatha Christian Academy Mustangs (Brooklyn Park, MN), 60-51 in a league match.
With the victory, North Community advances its record to 8-3 on the year. The Polars host Roosevelt (Minneapolis, MN) to face the Teddies in a match on Tuesday, January 21. The Teddies enter the match with a record of 4-3.
The Mustangs now own a 5-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Camden/Minneapolis North for a non-league match on Saturday, December 28. Maranatha Christian Academy will face a Patriots squad coming off a 53-49 non-league win over Richfield (Richfield, MN). The Patriots record now stands at 7-4.
