With the victory, Oswego advances its record to 5-2 on the year. The Bucs host Auburn (Auburn, NY) to meet the Maroons in a Section 3 Freedom battle on Wednesday, January 8. The Maroons enter the battle with a record of 0-4.
The Red Devils now own a 3-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to South Jefferson for a non-league battle on Saturday, January 4. Vernon-Verona-Sherrill will meet a Spartans squad coming off a 42-33 non-league loss to Oneida (Oneida, NY). The Spartans record now stands at 2-3.
