The St. Francis Knights basketball team scored 53 points and limited the host Pearland Oilers to 51 in the Knights non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Knights now possess a 12-1 record. They play next when they travel to Bob Jones for a 7A Area 8 game on Friday, January 3. St. Francis will confront a Patriots team coming off a 75-34 non-league win over Smiths Station (Smiths, AL). The Patriots record now stands at 13-5.

With the loss, Pearland falls to 19-6 on the campaign. The Oilers host Fort Bend Austin (Sugar Land, TX) to confront the Bulldogs in a non-league game on Tuesday, December 31.
