December 28, 2024: Perrin, TX 76486 In Saturday's non-league contest, the host Perrin-Whitt Pirates basketball team scored a big 50-29 triumph over the Valley View Eagles.
The Pirates (8-10) will now prepare for their contest against Electra (Electra, TX). The Tigers go into the non-league contest with a 1-8 record. In their last contest, Electra was trounced by Seymour (Seymour, TX), 66-23, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Eagles battle the Ponder Lions (Ponder, TX) in a 3A Region II District 10 contest, on Tuesday, December 31. Valley View will attempt to better on its 5-17 season record. The Lions go into the contest with a 17-4 record after their 58-43 non-league win over Magnolia West (Magnolia, TX).
