Georgia High School Basketball - Valor Christian nips Sequoyah

December 28, 2024: Alpharetta, GA 30005

In Saturday's non-league contest, the host Valor Christian Lions basketball team scored a close 57-55 win over the Sequoyah Chiefs.

The Lions (12-1) will now prepare for their contest against Legion Collegiate Academy (Rock Hill, SC). The Lancers come into the non-league contest with a 12-6 record.

In their next game, the Chiefs battle the Lambert Longhorns (Suwanee, GA) in a non-league contest, on Friday, January 3. Sequoyah will attempt to better on its 7-8 season record. The Longhorns come into the contest with a 8-5 record after their 53-43 non-league loss to Pickens (Jasper, GA).
