Tennessee High School Basketball - Spring Garden victorious over Upperman
December 28, 2024: Baxter, TN 38544 In Saturday's non-league contest, the visiting Spring Garden Panthers basketball team scored a good 51-38 triumph over the Upperman Bees.
The Panthers (15-0) will now prepare for their contest against Faith Christian (Anniston, AL). The Lions go into the 1A Area 12 contest with a 7-7 record. In their last contest, Faith Christian was topped by Jacksonville Christian Academy (Jacksonville, AL), 45-31, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Bees battle the Lenoir City Panthers (Lenoir City, TN) in a non-league contest, on Friday, January 3. Upperman will attempt to better on its 14-2 season record. The Panthers go into the contest with a 7-4 record after their 52-49 non-league win over Union (Big Stone Gap, VA).
