California High School Basketball - Hillsdale holds off Homestead
December 28, 2024: San Mateo, CA 94403 In Saturday's non-league contest, the host Hillsdale FIGHTING KNIGHTS basketball team scored a close 23-17 triumph over the Homestead Mustangs.
The FIGHTING KNIGHTS (8-2) will now prepare for their contest against Cupertino (Cupertino, CA). The Pioneers go into the non-league contest with a 3-3 record. In their last contest, Cupertino nipped Fremont (Sunnyvale, CA), 42-29, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Mustangs confront the Leigh Longhorns (San Jose, CA) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, January 2. Homestead will attempt to better on its 7-2 season record.
