California High School Basketball - La Canada sneaks past Crescenta Valley
December 28, 2024: La Canada, CA 91011 The La Canada Spartans (La Canada, CA) basketball edged the visiting Crescenta Valley Falcons (La Crescenta, CA), 49-47 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Spartans now possess a 11-3 record. They play next when they travel to Village Christian for a non-league bout on Monday, December 30. La Canada will play a Crusaders team coming off a 57-41 non-league win over Mark Keppel (Alhambra, CA). The Crusaders record now stands at 10-4.
With the loss, Crescenta Valley falls to 5-5 on the campaign. The Falcons travel to Burroughs (Burbank, CA) to confront the Bears in a contest on Tuesday, January 7. The Bears go into the contest with a record of 2-4.
