The Hilltop Lancers basketball team scored 41 points and limited the host Valley Center Jaguars to 37 in the Lancers non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Lancers now have a 9-3 record. They play next when they travel to Sweetwater for a non-league game on Monday, December 30. Hilltop will confront a Red Devils team coming off a 58-32 non-league win over High Tech SD (San Diego, CA). The Red Devils record now stands at 2-5.

With the loss, Valley Center falls to 1-11 on the campaign. The Jaguars travel to Classical Academy (Escondido, CA) to confront the Caimans in a non-league game on Friday, January 10. The Caimans go into the game with a record of 2-5.
