December 28, 2024: Encinitas, CA 92024 Fans at Saturday's non-league battle between the Kofa Kings (Yuma, AZ) and the host San Dieguito Academy Mustangs (Encinitas, CA), saw Kofa's soccer squad knock off San Dieguito Academy by a count of 3-1.
The Kings (7-1) will now prepare for their battle against Salesian College Preparatory (Richmond, CA). The Pride go into the non-league challenge with a 3-3 record. In their last challenge, Salesian College Preparatory nudged Perry (Gilbert, AZ), 3-1, in a non-league challenge.
With the loss, San Dieguito Academy moves to 1-6 on the year. The Mustangs travel to Perry (Gilbert, AZ) to encounter the Pumas in a non-league challenge on Monday, December 30. The Pumas go into the challenge with a record of 3-5. Perry lost 3-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Salesian College Preparatory (Richmond, CA)
