The crowd at Sunday's non-league challenge between the Eastern Eagles (Louisville, KY) and the host Georgetown Bulldogs (Georgetown, SC), observed Eastern's basketball team knock off Georgetown by a score of 64-48.

The Eagles (9-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Meade County (Brandenburg, KY). The Green Waves come into the non-league challenge with a 5-2 record. In their last challenge, Meade County dropped by Muhlenberg County (Greenville, KY), 66-60, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Bulldogs encounter the Jefferson County Patriots (Dandridge, TN) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, December 29. Georgetown will attempt to improve on its 7-4 season record. The Patriots come into the challenge with a 10-5 record after their 57-53 non-league loss to South Laurel (London, KY).
