The Hamilton Southeastern Royals basketball team scored 63 points and held the visiting Highland Scots to 48 in the Royals non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Royals now sport a 6-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Harrison for a Hoosier Crossroads contest on Friday, January 4. Hamilton Southeastern will meet a Raiders team coming off a 60-46 league loss to Brownsburg (Brownsburg, IN). The Raiders record now stands at 1-7.
The Scots (4-4) will now prepare for their bout against Pendleton Heights (Pendleton, IN). The Arabians go into the non-league bout with a 4-3 record. In their last bout, Pendleton Heights toppled Rushville (Rushville, IN), 77-56, in a league bout.
