December 29, 2021: Georgetown, OH 45121 Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Georgetown G-Men (Georgetown, OH) and the visiting Fayetteville-Perry Rockets (Fayetteville, OH), saw Georgetown's basketball squad hold off Fayetteville-Perry by a tally of 45-42.
With the victory, Georgetown improves its record to 6-1 on the campaign. The G-Men host Felicity-Franklin (Felicity, OH) to confront the Cardinals in a Southern Buckeye - National contest on Tuesday, January 4. The Cardinals come into the contest with a record of 4-4. Felicity-Franklin won 67-47 in their recent league contest against East Clinton (Sabina, OH)
The Rockets (6-4) will now prepare for their contest against Clermont Northeastern (Batavia, OH). The Rockets come into the non-league contest with a 6-3 record. In their last contest, Clermont Northeastern edged North College Hill (Cincinnati, OH), 51-45, in a non-league contest.
