South Dakota High School Basketball - Freeman Academy/Marion can't hold off Howard
December 29, 2021: Freeman, SD The Howard Tigers basketball team scored 56 points and restricted the host Freeman Academy/Marion to 53 in the Tigers non-league victory on Wednesday.
The Tigers now sport a 3-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Colman-Egan for a B Region 4 contest on Monday, January 3. Howard will battle a C-E Hawks team coming off a 73-46 non-league loss to Estelline/Hendricks (Estelline, SD). The C-E Hawks record now stands at 0-3.
The (3-1) will now prepare for their contest against Oldham-Ramona/Rutland (Ramona, SD). The Raiders come into the non-league contest with a 5-0 record. In their last contest, Oldham-Ramona/Rutland edged Baltic (Baltic, SD), 53-42, in a non-league contest.
