The South County Stallions tipped the visiting Roosevelt Roughriders basketball team by a final score of 58-53 in Wednesday's non-league game.

In their next game, the Stallions face the Woodson Cavaliers (Fairfax, VA) in a District 4 game, on Monday, January 3. South County will attempt to move on its 3-3 season record. The Cavaliers enter the game with a 6-2 record after their 73-55 non-league loss to Annandale (Annandale, VA).
