Minnesota High School Basketball - Como Park tops Fridley
December 29, 2021: St. Paul, MN 55117 Como Park Cougars (St. Paul, MN) backers were pleased Wednesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Fridley Tigers (Fridley, MN), 73-61 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Como Park upgrades its record to 6-4 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Wayzata (Plymouth, MN) to play the Trojans in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 30. The Trojans come into the bout with a record of 8-1. Wayzata won 59-25 in their recent non-league bout against Forest Lake (Forest Lake, MN)
Next up, the Tigers play the Mahtomedi Zephyrs (Mahtomedi, MN) in a AAA Section 4 bout, on Thursday, December 30. Fridley will attempt to upgrade on its 4-5 season record. The Zephyrs come into the bout with a 4-5 record after their 65-54 non-league loss to Hutchinson (Hutchinson, MN).
