California High School Basketball - Selma fells Garfield
December 29, 2021: Selma, CA 93662 Selma Bears (Selma, CA) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Garfield Bulldogs (Los Angeles, CA), 53-36 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Selma upgrades its record to 11-5 on the season. The Bears host Mary Star of the Sea (San Pedro, CA) to clash with the Stars in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 30. The Stars go into the bout with a record of 10-4. Mary Star of the Sea won 1-0 in their recent non-league bout against Whittier (Whittier, CA)
Next up, the Bulldogs clash with the Fullerton Indians (Fullerton, CA) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 30. Garfield will attempt to upgrade on its 9-4 season record. The Indians go into the bout with a 3-8 record after their 53-22 non-league win over Calvary Chapel (Downey, CA).
