Texas High School Basketball - Lake Dallas overwhelms Wylie
December 29, 2021: Abilene, TX 79606 Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Lake Dallas Falcons (Corinth, TX) and the host Wylie Bulldogs (Abilene, TX), saw Lake Dallas's basketball squad wallop Wylie by a tally of 78-48.
With the victory, Lake Dallas improves its record to 15-3 on the campaign. The Falcons travel to Frenship (Wolfforth, TX) to play the Tigers in a non-league challenge on Thursday, December 30. The Tigers come into the challenge with a record of 15-4. Frenship won 87-11 in their recent non-league challenge against Pecos (Pecos, TX)
Next up, the Bulldogs play the Monterey Plainsmen (Lubbock, TX) in a 5A Region I District 4 challenge, on Friday, January 7. Wylie will attempt to improve on its 6-7 season record. The Plainsmen come into the challenge with a 18-4 record after their 53-37 non-league win over Rockwall (Rockwall, TX).
