Texas High School Basketball - Naaman Forest knocked off by Ryan
December 29, 2021: Garland, TX 75040 The Ryan Raiders basketball team scored 34 points and held the host Naaman Forest Rangers to 21 in the Raiders non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The Raiders now sport a 10-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Coppell for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 30. Ryan will battle a Cowboys team coming off a 71-41 non-league win over Boyd (McKinney, TX). The Cowboys record now stands at 23-0.
The Rangers (4-6) will now prepare for their contest against Wylie (Wylie, TX). The Pirates enter the 6A Region II District 9 contest with a 10-12 record. In their last contest, Wylie ran past Coronado (El Paso, TX), 33-32, in a non-league contest.
