Ohio High School Basketball - Eastmoor Academy edges St. Charles
December 29, 2021: Columbus, OH 43209 The Eastmoor Academy Warriors (Columbus, OH) basketball nipped the host St. Charles Cardinals (Columbus, OH), 42-41 in Wednesday's non-league test.
The Warriors (8-1) will now prepare for their test against Briggs (Columbus, OH). The Bruins go into the non-league test with a 0-1 record.
The Cardinals now own a 0-2 record. They play next when they travel to Bexley for a non-league test on Monday, January 3.
First Quarter
A horrendous start to a game! Both teams play good defense, but not playing offense
Second Quarter
St. Charles picked up on offense and EA did not looking out of sorts
Third Quarter
Now this looks like EA basketball by holding St. Charles to 3 points and scoring 13
Fourth Quarter
An tough win for EA but their coach was trying to prove lessons to the kids. Their starting point guard did not play until the 2nd half and they looked out of character until he got in! Outscored SC 30 to 18 in the 2nd half.
