California High School Basketball - Barstow can't hold off Ramona

The Ramona Rams basketball team scored 48 points and restricted the host Barstow Aztecs to 47 in the Rams non-league victory on Thursday.

With the win, Ramona upgrades its record to 9-7 on the season. The Rams host La Sierra (Riverside, CA) to play the Eagles in a River Valley bout on Wednesday, January 4. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 4-13. La Sierra lost 51-37 in their recent non-league bout against Claremont (Claremont, CA)

Next up, the Aztecs play the Granite Hills Cougars (Apple Valley, CA) in a Desert Sky bout, on Wednesday, January 4. Barstow will attempt to upgrade on its 6-8 season record. The Cougars go into the bout with a 2-7 record after their 51-50 non-league loss to Arroyo Valley (San Bernardino, CA).
