Texas High School Basketball - Bartlett ripped by Sterling City
December 29, 2022: Sterling City, TX 76951 The Sterling City Eagles basketball team scored 59 points and held the visiting Bartlett Bulldogs to 32 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Eagles now sport a 10-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Grady for a non-league contest on Friday, December 30. Sterling City will meet a Wildcats team coming off a 58-35 non-league loss to Garden City (Garden City, TX). The Wildcats record now stands at 5-3.
The Bulldogs (5-6) will now prepare for their contest against Thorndale (Thorndale, TX). The Bulldogs enter the 2A Region IV District 27 contest with a 13-5 record.
