The Bishop McNamara Fightin' Irish routed the host Fieldcrest Knights basketball team by a final score of 64-42 in Thursday's non-league game.

In their next game, the Fightin' Irish face the Quincy Notre Dame Raiders (Quincy, IL) in a non-league game, on Thursday, December 29. Bishop McNamara will attempt to move on its 12-3 season record. The Raiders enter the game with a 6-5 record after their 65-51 non-league loss to Lutheran (Rockford, IL).

With the defeat, Fieldcrest moves to 7-6 on the year. The Knights travel to Henry-Senachwine (Henry, IL) to face the Mallards in a non-league game on Monday, January 9. The Mallards enter the game with a record of 4-10.
