The Bishop Rosecrans Bishops basketball team (Zanesville, OH), was toppled 53-45 in Thursday's non-league battle with the visiting Patriot Prep Academy Eagles (Columbus, OH)

The Eagles now possess a 6-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Tournament Team for a non-league battle on Monday, January 2.

The Bishops (6-1) will now prepare for their contest against Fairfield Christian Academy (Lancaster, OH). The Knights enter the Mid-State - Cardinal contest with a 5-3 record. In their last contest, Fairfield Christian Academy ran past Shekinah Christian (Plain City, OH), 54-39, in a non-league contest.
