In Thursday's non-league outing, the Sarasota Christian Blazers (Sarasota, FL) basketball squad felled the visiting Brandon Academy Scorpions (Brandon, FL), by a margin of 58-44.

The Blazers (5-6) will now prepare for their outing against Island Coast (Cape Coral, FL). The Gators go into the non-league outing with a 5-6 record. In their last outing, Island Coast thwarted Lemon Bay (Englewood, FL), 57-36, in a non-league outing.
