December 29, 2022: Wallis, TX 77485 In Thursday's non-league outing, the Brazos Cougars (Wallis, TX) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Palacios Sharks (Palacios, TX), by a margin of 65-36.
The Cougars (7-7) will now prepare for their outing against Danbury (Danbury, TX). The Panthers go into the 3A Region III District 24 outing with a 3-15 record. In their last outing, Danbury was trounced by La Marque (La Marque, TX), 59-22, in a non-league outing.
The Sharks now own a 6-9 record. They play next when they host Edna for a 3A Region IV District 25 outing on Tuesday, January 3.
